Is it legal to homeschool in Texas?
Yes! It is legal to homeschool in all 50 states! However, Texas is one of the most homeschool friendly states.
Does Texas require testing?
No. In Texas, homeschools are considered private schools and, therefore, not regulated by the state?
Is there any legislation I should know about?
Yes! May 2021, the Tebow bill became a law with some serious ammendments that have the potential to harm homeschooling in Texas. Please ask for more information and get involved to keep Texas Free!
Are you a Co-op?
No, but we will be lising Co-ops, support groups, university model schools and a ton of extra-curriculars soon. Check back often!
Do you sell curriculum?
We are not a curriculum supplier, but we do have a Used Book Sale every May.
